| dumped to the last layer, then is discharged. The steam passes through the heat exchanger and produces dry hot air, which moves from the fan bottom upwards, blows to and contacts with the conversed material flow for heat transfer, thus performing dewatering function. |

※ The operational process parameters of the GFR belt type drying machine (including temperature, material level and conveying speed) can be monitored by indicators. The drying time can be easily step-less regulated depending on original conditions of the raw materials and requirements of the finished products, so as to make the technical indices of the drying process meet the requirements.
※ The equipment is equipped with outside thermal insulation system, reaching high heat efficiency and remarkable energy saving.
※ Adopts multi-layer drying in conversed flow, temperature control in sections; the factor of moisture conveying feature of vegetables and other materials are taken into consideration, thus rendering uniformly dewatering and good drying effect.
※ Parts of the machine in contact with material are made of stainless steel (also possible be totally made of stainless steel according to customer's requirement). Therefore it has strong anti-corrosion ability and does not contaminate the material.
