  SP-II type dehydrated vegetable pretreatment production flow line

 

  Generals

SP-II type dehydrated vegetable pretreatment production flow line is specially designed by our company for processing of vegetables before their drying. It mainly consists of cleaning machine, selecting machine, cutting machine, blanching machine, cooling machine, centrifugal drying machine and mixing machine, used for cleaning, disinfections, blanching, sterilizing, cooling, water filtration and homogenization. It features simple operation,

reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, wide applicability, temperature adjustable and free speed-governing. Therefore, it is special equipment with high level of automation. It can not only spare hard manual work, but also reduce production cost and increase productivity, and are highly favored by customers. This production line obtained “The 2nd award of science and technology progress of Zhejiang Province” and “The state-level new product award” in 1996.

1. Process flow: selecting → soaking → cleaning → cutting → cleaning → cutting up →air separating → blanching → cooling → centrifugal drying → adding condiments → dipping → drying → separating → packing → to storage.

2. Equipment configuration:high-pressure cleaning machine → segmenting & conveying machine → cutting-up machine → winnower → air bubble cleaning machine → screw blanching machine → bend cooling machine → water-dropping machine → centrifugal draying machine → auxiliary material mixer →STJ drying machine
