  Fluidized quick- freezing machine of LSZ type

 

  Generals

Fluidized quick- freezing machine of LSZ type is developed by our company on basis of our many years of experience in manufacture of quick-freezing equipment in combination of advantages of the similar products of Japan, Sweden and other countries. It is a novel quick-freezing machine with excellent performance. We will continue upgrading the product with new technology, new design concept and humanized characters.

   

  Features of the product

Two-section screen conveying belt is adopted. The 1st section uses mechanical vibrating device for further increasing fluidization ability, so that the IQF product scope can be expanded to heavy product such as maize.
Adoption of ADS air defrosting device can keep the frost thickness of the evaporator always below 3mm, thus ensuring 24-hour continuous production of the quick- freezing machine, remarkably increasing the heat-exchange efficiency of the evaporator, reducing power consumption of refrigerating compressor, fan etc. and saving about 20% of energy consumption for quick- freezing.
Screen belt drive and fan can adopt frequency speed governing to adapt to processing of many kinds of quick- frozen foods.
The coil and fins of the evaporator are of full aluminum structure. All other components and parts are made of stainless steel and food-grade plastics conforming to hygienic standard for foods.
It is equipped with high-efficient cleaning device for cleaning the residue on the screen belt. All is design for simple hygienic cleaning and easy operation so as to ensure hygiene and safety of foods.
