It can adjust the time and temperature of vegetable blanching, and conveying speed to obtain the best processing effects for various kinds of vegetables. The equipment features stable running, reliable performance, low energy consumption, small land occupation, simple operation, convenient maintenance and flexible food stacking. It can be used in single unit or in combination of several machines. Fixed with cutter and other supplementary devices, it can be used to process root-stem vegetables such as sword bean, asparagus, western cauliflower, taro, green bean, soybean and leaf kind vegetables such as spinach, cabbage etc. The entire equipment is made of stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance.
